Saturdays at 8:30am.
Location
Class is held in Newington's Old Town Hall located at 336 Nimble Hill Road. Occasionally class is moved to Town Hall. Weekly class location noted above.
Who can attend?
Newington residents and their guests.
Cost
Free for Newington residents, $10 fee for Newington guests. Exact change is appreciated!
What do I bring?
Bring your yoga mat, and if you have yoga blocks bring those too.

I found my way to yoga recovering from an injury which led me to complete my 500 hour yoga teacher training through Boston Yoga School and JP Centre Yoga. I am forever a student of yoga, honoring that each person comes to the mat with a unique perspective. It brings me great joy to share this practice with you.
